What is included in the Online Profile subscription?
The Online Profile subscription (€20/month, VAT-exclusive) provides:
- A professional profile on the Mentis Holistic website
- Inclusion in our therapist collective
- Brand association with Mentis Holistic
- Referrals passed on when appropriate
- Management of your own bookings, video, and payments
What is included in the Full Online Practice subscription?
The Full Online Practice subscription (€50/month, VAT-exclusive) includes everything in Online Profile, plus:
- Access to the Mentis Holistic booking system
- Integrated Zoom / telehealth platform
- Structured client journey support
- Priority consideration for referrals
- Pathway to future in-person practice
Do you guarantee client referrals?
No. Mentis Holistic provides infrastructure, professional visibility, and ethical practice support, but we do not guarantee client volume. Referrals are offered where appropriate and depend on client needs and therapist fit.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. All therapists must hold relevant professional qualifications and indemnity insurance. Mentis Holistic provides infrastructure and support, but not clinical insurance or coverage.
Can I switch subscription tiers later?
Yes. Therapists can move between Online Profile and Full Online Practice tiers at any time by contacting Mentis Holistic to update billing and access.
How do I apply to join Mentis Holistic?
Click the “Apply to Join” button on the For Therapists page, complete the short form, and we will schedule an initial discussion to assess fit and expectations.
