Can I contact my my chosen clinician outside of appointments?2024-08-13T21:49:27+00:00

If you need to contact your chosen clinician for any reason in relation to your appointment or scheduling, they will be contactable through email/ phone that they provide to you at time of booking and will reply at their own discretion. Please do not contact Mentis to cancel or reschedule as the main line/email is not mand all of the time meaning your message may not get to the professional expecting you on a timely manner.

How many therapy sessions will I need?2024-08-13T21:52:24+00:00

There is no definite answer to this, but most therapists at Mentis usually begin with the first session as the initial consultation, followed by a recommendation of at least 4-6 more sessions. Some clients get what they need after 4-6 sessions, some stay for 20, and some have regular appointments throughout the year in order to have a touchstone of support to guide them through their work and their personal lives. In all situations, clients are welcome to book sessions for once off guidance if that is their preference.

How to I reschedule/ cancel and what are your refund policies?2024-08-13T21:54:12+00:00

For in person and online services each clinician working with Mentis Holistic will set their own cancellation policy. Please check with your chosen clinician regarding their time limits for cancellations/ rescheduling.

Cancellations must be made by contacting your chosen clinician directly, the client is responsible for this. Mentis do not take responsibility for any cancellations as the email/phone system is not mand at all times so please do not cancel via the Mentis website or phone number.
