I’m a qualified psychotherapist, mediator and the founder of Mentis Holistic.

As both a therapist and a mother of two, I understand personally and professionally how important it is to feel supported through life’s more difficult and overwhelming moments.

I created Mentis Holistic as a calm, compassionate space where people can slow down, talk things through and feel genuinely heard without judgement.

Over time, Mentis Holistic has grown to include a small team of trusted therapists and practitioners, allowing people to access the kind of support that feels right for them — whether that’s working with me directly or connecting with someone from the wider team.
