You do not have to carry everything on your own.

As both a therapist and a mother of two, my work is shaped not only by professional experience, but by a personal understanding of how transformative — and at times overwhelming — pregnancy, motherhood and family life can be.

Becoming a parent can bring immense love and connection, but it can also surface anxiety, emotional exhaustion, identity shifts and feelings that are often difficult to speak about openly. My own journey into motherhood deepened my awareness of the importance of compassionate, accessible perinatal support, both personally and professionally.

Mentis Holistic was created as a calm, supportive space where people can feel heard without judgement. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, parenthood or a difficult period in life, support is available.

My approach is warm, trauma-informed and holistic — focused not only on symptoms, but on helping you feel more grounded, connected and supported within yourself and your relationships.
