She works from an integrative perspective, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness, and somatic (body-based) approaches. Her work is grounded in a holistic understanding of wellbeing, with a particular interest in the connection between mind and body and the relationship between mental and physical health. Aoife is also a qualified Yoga Teacher, which further informs her appreciation of nervous system regulation and embodied healing.

Areas of Interest:

Aoife supports adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, life transitions, trauma, chronic health conditions and women’s health concerns. She works in a collaborative, person-centred way, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique experiences, strengths and goals.

She also has a strong clinical interest in neurodiversity, including autism across the lifespan. Much of her work has involved exploring neurodivergent profiles with care and curiosity, helping individuals better understand their strengths, sensitivities and nervous system patterns.
