5. Therapist Subscriptions

Therapists who join Mentis Holistic do so as independent practitioners and not as employees, partners, or agents of Mentis Holistic. Subscription fees provide access to professional infrastructure, visibility, and practice supports as outlined at the time of joining and do not guarantee client referrals, income, or caseload. Therapists remain solely responsible for their clinical work, professional conduct, insurance, regulatory compliance, and ethical obligations. Mentis Holistic does not direct or control clinical practice and accepts no liability for therapeutic services provided by independent therapists. Mentis Holistic reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to subscription services in the event of non-payment, breach of these terms, or professional or ethical concerns.

Therapy subscriptions do not include mediation services, which are delivered separately by Mentis Holistic.

6. No Emergency or Crisis Service

Mentis Holistic does not provide emergency, crisis, or out-of-hours services.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are at risk of harm, please contact:

  • A local crisis or emergency mental health service

7. Bookings, Fees, and Payments
