Mentis does not currently operate from a shared physical premises. This is an online-first platform designed
to support independent practitioners working remotely.

Mentis provides infrastructure and a professional platform. You remain fully independent and
professionally responsible for your work.

By applying to join Mentis Holistic, I confirm that: I am a qualified practitioner and hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance. I will practise within my own scope of competence and professional body guidelines. I understand that Mentis Holistic provides platform, visibility, and infrastructure only and does not deliver therapy or mediation services on behalf of therapits. I remain fully independent and hold sole clinical and legal responsibility for my work with clients. I set my own fees, receive payment directly from clients, and manage my own session delivery. I understand that Mentis Holistic does not enter into a therapeutic contract with my clients. I agree to present my qualifications and services honestly and accurately. I will communicate respectfully and professionally with clients and with the Mentis collective. I understand that referrals are not guaranteed. I acknowledge that my subscription may be suspended or ended if professional or ethical standards are breached. By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and understood these terms and agree to practise independently within this framework.
